One team, whole stack
Most businesses end up with four vendors: a web guy, a chatbot reseller, an accounting software agent and an ads freelancer. Nobody owns the seam between them, so the chatbot does not know your stock, the website does not know your invoices, and every small change becomes a three-way argument.
We work the other way. One team is accountable for the whole stack, which means the website can read the POS database, the chatbot can answer with real prices, and the person who fixes a bug is the person who wrote it.

- Scope on paper first. Every project starts by mapping what a visitor or staff member should actually do on each screen — before anything is designed.
- Fixed price, written down. No hourly surprises. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing it.
- You see it while it is built. Staging links from week one, not a screenshot at the end.
- You own everything. Domain, hosting account, source files, database. If you leave, you leave with the keys.
